Yummy healthy muffins

I bought some dried prunes but they weren't very tasty so, I thought I could turn them into something yummy by putting them into a muffin.  
I played around with this basic recipe and they turned out great.  Evelyn is eating one as I write this.  

2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup flour (half white, half wheat)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Dash of salt
Dash of nutmeg
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped dried plums
1 individual container pears with the liquid (mine were packed in water)
The batter was thick but easy to put in the muffin tin

And here they are.  They turned out great!

Bake for 25 minutes at 350
