Breakfast time

Evelyn was up last night with a fever and Jack was up to eat 3 times. So no one had a goodnights sleep. 
This called for lots of coffee and baked eggs for breakfast. 

For the eggs I chopped up left over bacon, tomatoes, green onion and sharp cheddar cheese. I sprayed muffin tins and added a little of everything in each tin. Then I mixed up 10 eggs with half and half and seasoned them with some pepper. 
I baked them for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. 
They turned out great. I are a few and will keep the rest in the refridgerator for tomorrow.
