Meal planning Monday

Lent starts this week so I've been getting ideas together for some interesting meatless meals. Mike doesn't eat pasta very often so I have a few things in mind to try over the next month.

This week the plan is:

Chicken stir fry with brown rice and home made crab rangoons
Turkey and black bean tacos with corn 
Grilled cheese with tomato basil soup 
Home made individual pizzas with a tomato and cucumber salad
Sunny side eggs over roasted asparagus with roasted sweet potatoes
