White chicken chili

I love chili and this white chicken chili has become a favorite. It's easy, ingredients can be kept on hand and it freezes well. 

3 cans rinsed canelli beans
1 can rinsed pinto beans 
1 can diced chili ready tomatoes 
1 4oz can diced green chilies 
2 cooked chichen breasts, chopped or shredded
1 cup water
2 T taco seasoning 
1/2 cup sour cream

Add everything except sour cream to a big pot and let it simmer on low for an hour, stirring gently every so often.  
After an hour, stir in sour cream. At this point it is ready to eat. I add a dollop of sour cream on top.
