This week starts a couple of new spring classes for Evelyn so we are starting to get pretty busy with scheduled activities. I did all the meal planning for lunches and dinners yesterday and should be all set for the week. I'm trying not to go to the store during the week. It will hopefully help me stay on budget because I always buy more than I need if I make a second trip.
So here's the plan for this week.
Chicken and bacon ranch salad with garlic bread
Turkey tacos with a side salad
Spaghetti squash with meat sauce and Cesar side salad
Breakfast, eggs and sausage with fruit
Take out soup
Lent is almost over but we might keep up the take out soup tradition for Fridays.
