I did the grocery shopping yesterday and spent a bit more than usual. We were out of a lot of pantry essentials like olive oil and brown sugar.
This week we are having:
Tacos, turkey and lentil tacos. Fruit on the side.
I'm trimming and marinating chicken for 2 days and then going to grill it. One day we will have salad with it and another day I'm roasting zucchini and carrots and maybe tator tots.
I have a dentist appointment this week too so that night I'll just make a couple pizzas. Cheese and a veggie one.
That's about it. Pretty simple and easy.
