Meal Planning Monday

I try to make our meal plan based on what is on sale during the week and what we already have in the pantry.  This week though there isn't a lot on sale that we usually eat so I am going to try to get a little creative.  

On the Menu:

Stuffed Peppers with wild rice and roasted carrots

Grilled Cheese and Soup (probably tomato basil again since we really liked the recipe I came up with last week)

Grilled Chicken, X 2, I am planning to marinade enough for 2 days worth and serve it with salad and roasted sweet potatoes

Breakfast for dinner (a weekly staple in our house), scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes
