My favorite breakfast

I get up at 6:00 every morning. I like to have a half hour quietly sipping on coffee before both little ones get up and the day really gets started. I make coffee first thing and I'm starving right away. 
I was in the habit of eating a waffle topped with peanut butter and strawberries every morning but I'm trying to cut back on eating so much bread. 
A few weeks ago I made this 2 ingredient pancake. I've written about it before and although it is really good I wanted more flavor and needed more protein to keep me fuller longer. As it is I eat every 2 hours. I am always hungry. 

So I came up with this and have been eating almost every morning for the past 2 weeks. 

1 banana
1 egg
1 big scoop of peanut butter
Handful of blueberries
Butter for pan

All I do is put a banana in a mixing bowl.  Then add a scoop of peanut butter and the egg.  I mash it all up and put in the blueberries and stir it all together. 
I melt some butter in a 10 inch oven safe skillet and put the banana egg minute in and smooth it out. 
I let it cook for a few minutes to get the bottom somewhat cooked. Then I broil it for a few more minutes to cook it all through. 
Then just put it on a plate and enjoy. I don't put anything on it. It's really flavorful and keeps me full until snack time around 9:00.
