Meal Planning Monday

The vegetarian diet and counting marco's is starting to work and pay off with the scale.  Mike and I are both feeling great and I am down a few more pounds.

This week's menu:

Alfredo spaghetti squash with a garden salad
Bean, corn spinach and onion enchilada's with a side of mexican rice
Tomato Basil Soup with grilled cheese
Cesar salad with roasted potato's
